   I think at this time of year we all get a bit discouraged. I was discouraged yesterday after checking up on the progress of former Reading Recovery students.  Some have actually regressed.  However, at least in my county, many of the instructional leadership is coming from administrators that don&#039;t have strengths in elementary education.  However, I am truly excited about the possibility of you going into admin.  I think that we have got to begin to encourage the people who are string in instruction to go into administration to be able to change some of these decisions.  I know you will make a large impact!
